Data Breach Reporting Procedure

(Suspected) data breaches and security incidents can always be reported by email to security@infracom.nl or by phone at 088 - 200 9000. Messages sent to security@infracom.nl are received in our ticket system, which is continuously monitored, among others by our Security Officer.

Internally, we have a reporting procedure stating that reports or findings must always be immediately reported either to the Security Officer and/or, in their absence, to one of the MT members. At least two of these four people then start an investigation into the suspected data breach and take follow-up steps.

More information on reporting data breaches can be found on our Responsible Disclosure page.
