The speed you achieve largely depends on the provider’s capacity to handle traffic on their side. For example, if a provider has 20 customers each using a 100 Mbps connection, the theoretical maximum load is 2,000 Mbps. If the provider’s total capacity is less than this, you may not reach the promised speed during peak hours.
