Which education did you follow?
"I completed the Marketing and Communication program at Landstede in Zwolle."
Why did you start working in the ICT sector?
"I ended up here by coincidence. Before I started Marketing and Communication, I considered studying ICT. I have always been involved with ICT. My previous job was Account Manager Document Solutions. I was already familiar with devices connected to the network and partly familiar with software packages, especially on the side of scanning, processing, archiving, and reading."
How did you come to Infracom?
"From my previous employer we had a collaboration and I was already familiar with Infracom and the people. The account manager at Infracom I worked with the most was leaving and at that moment I also wanted to leave. So we could quickly switch and I had an interview with Infracom."
How long have you been working at Infracom and what are your tasks?
"I have been working at Infracom for over 4 years now. Daily I advise and inventory customer needs. This often involves system management, network management, telephony, and/or an internet connection. I search for my own customers/prospects, make my own offers, and also do aftersales. This way I experience almost everything with our customer."
What is fun about working at Infracom?
"Good (informal) atmosphere, nice colleagues, a lot of freedom and of course also fun work."
How do you stay up to date with developments in your field?
"Through colleagues, trade magazines, online and through various trainings."
Do you have any hobbies?
"Yes! I love watching football, movies and series. I enjoy listening to Spanish music and love drinking Caribbean ‘juices’ with friends."
"In addition, I have another hobby that I would rather call a passion; World War II. Several times a year I go to a war museum and I have already been to Normandy, in the area where the invasion took place."
"Going on vacation is of course always fun. I prefer going to Italy, Spain, and Greece."
