To whom do you give your mobile number?

09 February 2021

Do you give your private mobile number to business contacts because otherwise they cannot reach you at home? Then you also run the risk of receiving calls and WhatsApp messages from customers outside office hours.

Do you recognize this? We can let you call with your mobile phone while your customer sees a landline number on their screen.

To whom do you give your mobile number?

VoIP (Voice Over IP) means calling via your internet connection without your own telephone exchange and paying per use. With VoIP it is possible to (temporarily) change the sender of your mobile phone to your main office landline number or your own direct landline number.

The caller then sees a landline number and if he calls back, the call comes in on your mobile phone or for example at the receptionist of your organization. The advantage is that if you are busy, your customer still gets someone on the phone. You can also set that an incoming call, after for example four rings or immediately, automatically forwards to one or more colleagues. This way you are always reachable for your customers, even if you want to be temporarily unavailable yourself.

Flexibility and fully tailored to your needs

We have clear VoIP packages with the most requested functionalities. But we are also happy to discuss the best fitting solution. We work with a flexible license structure that we can tailor per company, so you don’t pay too much and have exactly the flexibility you want.

A fixed amount per month, per employee and easy to scale up and down. New licenses are often usable the same working day and licenses can be canceled monthly.
