Infracom also goes Lean

24 May 2022

With the Lean method we are going to improve our own processes, so that we can respond even better to the needs of our customers. We also want to work smarter and create more quality.

Lean literally means “slim”. Making processes “slimmer”, we will ensure that no unnecessary time is spent on waste, things that do not deliver value to the customer.

Infracom also goes Lean

Streamlining processes with the customer at the center

With the Lean method we are going to improve the processes within Infracom; making them “slimmer” and therefore no longer spending time on waste. We keep a close eye on what the value and expectations of our customer are.

Value and waste

By mapping our business process we can investigate in which step value is created for customers and which step delivers nothing. The non-value adding activities (waste) in the process are for example unnecessary emailing, long waiting times, defects or not using the capacities of a colleague.

Striving for perfection

We want to continuously learn and keep improving. Our goal is to achieve a culture of improvement by taking small steps that continuously improve our work.

All to create more time to serve our customers better now and in the future.
