13 May 2025When we develop websites and web applications, you almost never have contact with the developers. They are well-shielded so they can work focused on client projects.
Would you like to meet the web colleagues? And know who has been working on your website or application? We are happy to introduce you to: Sander, Erik, Hyejung, Sonja, Mark, John, Kevin, Ernst, Lucas, and Nikita.
Web and software department
What distinguishes us from most other IT companies (MSPs) is that we have a complete web and software department, where we spend all day developing websites, web applications, and linking systems. We do this primarily from our location in Emmen.
Sander
As one of the first employees of Multimove (predecessor of Infracom Web), Sander has developed many websites. This experienced developer has an additional quality of being very creative, which is something you don't often see in developers. That's why he is the best in Front-end developing and can exactly replicate designer mockups into effective websites.
In our own CMS as well as in WordPress, Sander always ensures a beautiful result. The Infracom website was, of course, also made by Sander.
Erik
Websites, apps, or complex integrations, nothing is too crazy for developer Erik. Erik has been developing with great pleasure since 2007! Erik often works with another colleague on larger, long-running software solutions. Brainstorming and working on projects together is not only useful but, above all, very enjoyable.
Erik is responsible for our DNS management application, which many of our clients use to manage their domains, and Erik invented iShare. That is our own system for securely sending large files.
Hyejung
Hyejung can program in almost anything; she works in our own CMS Live, builds websites in WordPress, and develops many My Business applications. She doesn't shy away from any challenge.
As a female developer in a predominantly male team, she provides balance and a pleasant atmosphere in the office.
Sonja
Sonja is often the first person you speak to when you want to have a website or web application developed by Infracom. She visits you and shows the possibilities, prepares the quote, and visits you again when the project is completed, for evaluation and relationship management.
Sonja enjoys thinking along with clients to arrive at the most suitable, effective, creative, and successful web solutions together. As the client manager, you can always turn to her.
Mark
Mark manages most of our website projects from start to finish. He discusses the design, ensures you know the project's status in the meantime, and stays in close contact with the developers. He coordinates intermediate questions from the developer with our clients and vice versa. Also known as the "translator" between the client and the developer. When he has thoroughly tested the website and it is on demo, you will receive training from Mark.
When a project finally goes live, there's a good chance you'll also get in touch with Mark via our support department if you have a question. He will then help you directly with user questions or schedule a ticket with a developer and communicate back to the client when the query is resolved.
John
John is the only developer who will sit down with you, but only in the role of project manager; he writes functional designs and ensures that his fellow developers can build the application flawlessly based on his design. John is also a master at devising solutions for complex client wishes, can develop custom work, but is also a specialist in WordPress. Additionally, he maintains our (shared-hosting) web servers at our own data center location, where we host many different types of web solutions for our clients.
As Information Security Officer, he is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our procedures and systems.
Kevin
As Lead Developer, Kevin is responsible for the management and development of the technology. He keeps an eye on which software is outdated and needs to be phased out, and which techniques and working methods the development team should adopt, such as the way of documenting, the checklist upon delivery, and monitoring when the software needs to be updated.
He finds it a fun challenge to devise technical solutions and develop them into applications.
Ernst
In addition to his management position at Infracom, Ernst is the client manager for various software clients. He advises clients on all their questions about online solutions and (custom) software. Whether it's administrative software, planning, production, or a complete ERP package.
With his experience in business IT environments and SME environments, he is of great value to any organization.
Lucas
Lucas has been working at Infracom since 2017. He manages large software projects and ensures that the client's wishes are clearly translated to the development team. He remains involved even after go-live: he actively thinks about new functionalities and assists clients with his knowledge and experience of various software solutions.
Do you call our web support line? Then there is a good chance you will get Lucas on the phone. Thanks to his broad knowledge of the IT environment of almost all our clients, he can switch quickly. If he can't figure it out himself, he knows exactly which developer needs to be involved.
Nikita
The web department is very happy with Nikita as reinforcement. Nikita is multi-deployable at Infracom, but currently works mainly in the software department on our internal system ISA. She knows our internal processes, billing flows like no other, and knows how to convert these, together with colleagues, into a system that we all work with daily at Infracom. A system that seamlessly matches our way of working. Nikita will also be involved in a major assignment we recently received.
Without Nikita, we couldn't realize everything so quickly.
