What is ishare?

ishare is an online application that allows users to securely send large files, both inside and outside the organization. The platform is not used for AI applications; all files are encrypted by default. Only the recipient can gain access to the files by decrypting them with a password.

How it works

1. Add files
   Files can be added via the file explorer or by dragging them into the window.
2. Add message
   A message can be added as additional explanation to the files.
3. Verification
   The email address is verified to ensure that the sender is indeed the one who wants to send the files. After clicking the verification button in the received email to confirm the identity, the files are sent.
4. Password
   The recipient receives the password in a first email, followed by a separate email with the link to the download. Access to the file is only possible with the provided password.
5. Notification
   When the recipient(s) have downloaded the files, a notification is sent by email to the person who sent the files.
