Sending secured files with iShare
Files are getting larger and larger, and it’s increasingly common for a mail server to be unable to send or receive a file. iShare from Infracom is the solution! Through a simple website, users can securely send files to you. All of this can be white-labeled and customized in your own corporate style. Our client Cervus uses iShare and is happy to share their experience.
Cervus Belastingadvies is a specialized tax consultancy firm focused on the business market. They empower clients by sharing knowledge. They also share many documents with clients and use iShare from Infracom.
A few questions for Maarten Jan Brouwer from Cervus Belastingadvies:
Why did you want to use iShare? How did you hear about it? What did you use before?
"As a tax consultancy firm, we work with a lot of confidential information, so we were looking for a system to share information with our clients in a completely secure way. When we approached Infracom for this, they introduced the iShare solution, which could be personalized for us. This allows us to securely exchange documents with our clients through our own page."
Who do you often share files with and do these files contain sensitive information?
"We want to do this with all clients unless clients indicate that they do not wish to. The files we share include income tax and corporate tax returns and tax advice."
How long have you been using iShare and how do you like this way of sharing files?
"We have only recently started using the system properly because we asked Infracom to make a few adjustments. For example, we often send files to multiple recipients, and now we can do that in one go. Previously, we had to send everything separately for each recipient. That is no longer necessary, so now we can make optimal use of the program."
