New Location – New ICT Provider
Leadax has moved to a beautiful new location on the 30,000 m² industrial site of the former Berghuizer Paper Factory in Wapenveld. At the same time, during the construction of the new building, Leadax was looking for a permanent ICT provider. Through the building manager of the site, Van der Zeelaan Vastgoed C.V., Infracom ICT, their dedicated ICT partner for VoIP telephony, network management, and internet, came into view. Fiber optic connections run throughout the industrial site, delivered to various tenants via multiple switches, including Leadax.
Full Service ICT
During the introductory meeting, it became clear that ICT services were spread across multiple providers. Domain names registered with different parties, web hosting hosted elsewhere, websites developed by various agencies, internet connection arranged by yet another provider, as well as email handling, backups, cloud setup, system management, and telephony. This caused confusion over invoices, and in case of issues, it was difficult to identify who was responsible, resulting in delays in solutions. Systems were also not aligned with each other.
The Convenience of All ICT Under One Roof
Currently, the cloud environment is being set up, a private cloud in the data center in Amsterdam, and outdated desktops are being replaced with flexible laptops. The major advantage is that all ICT is managed under one roof, with a single point of contact, ensuring clarity on where to go and that all services are coordinated.
