New Fiers Website

Fiers is an association of 9 Protestant Christian schools in the municipality of Coevorden. These 9 schools have pooled their resources to excel. Previously, the association was called VPCBO. As of September 2017, the name changed to Fiers, which was the main reason for creating a new website. The new website needed to clearly reflect Fiers’ positioning with its three core values. Fiers follows a set of values that guide their daily actions—these are the driving forces of Fiers: what they believe in, what connects Fiers, and what Fiers stands for.

Fiers shares and takes responsibility, both for themselves and for their social environment.

Fiers is safe and challenging. Fiers recognizes and develops children’s talents, helping them learn and grow to their full potential.

The strength of Fiers lies in their connection with the community. Fiers’ schools and teachers are friendly and accessible.

Fiers Design

With the new name, a new visual identity was also required for the branding and subsequently the website. Verhoef & Co designed the new Fiers identity and provided the website design.

What is unique about the school websites is that they are multiple sites with their own logos but maintain recognizability. All sites follow the same framework, but each has its own unique content.

CMS Live and Web Hosting

Infracom handled the website development. Fiers and the schools use our CMS Live, allowing each school to maintain its own website. Infracom also provides web hosting for the sites.

Fiers Child Development and Childcare

Fiers Child Development and Childcare is the new name for SKKC. “Fiers” is derived from the English word “Force,” meaning strength, and also relates to the Drenthe word “fier,” meaning proud. Later, Multimove also created the website for Fiers Child Development and Childcare.
