Service Logistics Forum is the place where managers and those responsible for Service Logistics meet to discuss developments in service and logistics. The SLF foundation is a collaboration between the business sector and the academic world. The contacts of SLF participants are personally involved in, or responsible for, the service logistics policy in their organization.

Manage and Invite Participants

Infracom developed a responsive web application for SLF, allowing them to manage participant data themselves and easily invite participants to events. They can also use the newsletter module in the CMS to send newsletters effortlessly.

After sending event invitations, the website administrator can see exactly which participants have registered and which have not. Reminders can be sent to those who have not yet registered. Ultimately, all registered participants can receive a confirmation, and an attendance list can be exported to Excel.

An added feature is that participants can see who else will be attending a particular event. Registered participants are displayed with their logo.

Online Knowledge Database

Since SLF wanted participants to be able to download files from a central location, we developed a knowledge database for them.
Through the CMS, the website administrator can upload files into custom-created categories. These categories, along with the available files, are clearly displayed on the website and can be downloaded by participants.

Responsive Website

Statistics from the old SLF website showed that many users accessed it via tablets and mobile phones. Therefore, the new website was made responsive, ensuring it displays correctly on all screen sizes.
