Zaadhandel van der Wal was founded in 1922. Until the late 1950s, the main activities were primarily the cultivation and sale of garden seeds, grass and clover seeds, and seed potatoes. Over the past four decades, the business has shifted. By expanding the product range, it has become a specialty store for garden, pets, and leisure.

Approach

Zaadhandel Van der Wal had a website with a webshop for several years but was ready for the next step. After aligning their wishes and possibilities with us, we got to work.

The website was redesigned to match the client’s style. We then implemented the webshop and adjusted it according to the client’s requirements. To make it easy to add new products, we integrated the webshop with our user-friendly Content Management System.

Result

A website with a design the client is very satisfied with and thousands of products in the online shop. A clear layout with a quick-access menu within the different product categories makes products easy to find at all times.

An effective and secure ordering system in the webshop, along with the option to pay online via iDEAL, ensures fast processing and delivery of orders.
