For example, the previous website was not responsive and did not scale according to the screen it was viewed on. Additionally, Cargo Floor wanted to expand the number of languages available.

Responsive web design makes it possible to create a single website suitable for any device. Whether you are viewing it on a desktop, tablet, or mobile, the website automatically adjusts to the screen size without compromising content or functionality. This results in flexible layouts that respond to the resolution of a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
 

CMS Multimove Live and Hosting

Cargo Floor uses our CMS ‘Multimove Live’. The website is hosted by Infracom because a fast and stable hosting package was required, given that it is a large website due to, among other things, the parts catalog. The design and development of the website were carried out by Multimove.
 

Multiple Languages and International Partners

Since Cargo Floor operates almost worldwide, the new website is available in the following languages: Dutch, German, English, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish. On a separate page within the website, Multimove created a world map displaying Cargo Floor’s international partners. By hovering over the map with the mouse, the countries are highlighted and the contact information for each country is displayed.
 

Database

There is a dedicated database where visitors can download files, such as technical documents or brochures for Cargo Floor systems. Multimove developed a special module in the website to enable this.
 

Parts Catalog

A parts catalog has been developed for Cargo Floor. This allows visitors to search for all parts supplied by Cargo Floor. The parts can then be added to a sort of shopping cart to request a quote. After entering their details, the visitor receives a quote for the requested parts.
 

Exploded View

In the parts catalog on the website, we added an exploded view of a Cargo Floor trailer. This is a dynamic ‘image’ of a Cargo Floor trailer. From the exploded view, the trailer’s parts are clickable, leading directly to the specific detail page of each part.
