About Monique
Since joining Infracom in 2002, I started as the first point of contact at reception, but my focus soon shifted to administration. When my reception colleague is absent, I answer the phone, but my main task is to carefully manage incoming and outgoing invoices for our products and services.
From 2022, I will also be responsible for planning the telephone and ticket service, as well as planning projects in our support department, including both preparatory work at the office and work at customer sites.
